Hiring Process

1-application

We have your application, the review process has begun! We strive to provide an update to all applicants within 2-3 weeks from the date of application.

2-screening

We're excited to learn more about you through a 30-minute screening call. We'll also discuss the role you've applied for and answer any questions you may have about working at Panorama.

3-hiring-mgr

Get ready for an interview with the hiring manager who wants to assess your qualifications, technical skills, and discuss the role while getting to know you better.

4-assess

Applicants may be asked to showcase technical and/or writing skills through a written assessment. You'll receive a prompt or scenario and complete tasks at your own pace, following suggested guidelines.

5-panel

A panel of 2-3 staff will meet with several finalists to assess technical skills and values fit, and answer questions from a staff perspective.

6-offer

Congratulations! A finalist can expect a verbal offer, an official offer letter, and we'll also conduct reference checks and background checks at this stage to finalize the process. It's the start of something great!

7-onboarding
