Our team spans the globe, with 98 employees based in the U.S. and 36 international team members, working together to drive impact.
We are living through a period where it's difficult to keep up with the pace of change, whether in technology or the political sphere. These changes are exacerbated by the polycrisis — an interconnected web of crises, including climate change and the growing threat of emerging infectious diseases. Such complex challenges demand bold solutions and strong partnerships. Panorama remains unwavering in our commitment to maximize social impact — working collaboratively to address local and global challenges with integrity and vision.
In 2024, we forged new partnerships including the Global Fund for Women's Mental Health, launched with kate spade new york to expand access to community-led mental health, and SPARK: Social Purpose Action Resource Kit, developed with Phillips Foundation to equip early-stage social entrepreneurs with essential tools for impact.
Internally, we also reached new milestones. Panorama Strategy earned its Woman-Owned Small Business certification, underscoring our commitment to gender equity and inclusive leadership. Our employee-driven initiative, Panorama Gives Back, held our first-ever Day of Service in support of 32 nonprofits. And through The Panorama Fund's Maternal Health Equity Initiative, we committed $500,000 in unrestricted funding over three years to advance maternal health and birth equity in underserved U.S. communities.
These milestones and the stories shared here reflect the collective power of our community. By ensuring those closest to the challenges have the resources to drive change, we can create a lasting impact.
We are grateful for our partnership with so many diverse organizations around the world and look forward to building a more just and equitable future together.

Contact UsClimate change is a significant global health threat with severe implications for women and girls' sexual and reproductive health and rights. To address this overlooked issue, Panorama Global supports advocacy and research in the Global South and facilitates a donor Community of Practice with more than 70 funders to drive evidence-based investments. With $342,000 already granted to grassroots organizations and another $390,000 to be disbursed, grantee partners like Regenerate Africa have made strides, including integrating SRHR into Uganda's first Health-National Adaptation Plan. Panorama Global's Climate-Gender-Health Funder's Guide captures this impact and further highlights strategic investments at the intersection of climate, gender, and SRHR.
Neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) disproportionately impact vulnerable communities, particularly in climate-sensitive regions in Africa and the Western Pacific Islands, where climate change worsens NTD transmission and existing vulnerabilities. Panorama Strategy partnered with the END Fund to drive advocacy and collaboration at the intersection of climate and health. At the 77th World Health Assembly, the END Fund launched Partner Perspectives: The Importance of Climate Action for NTD Elimination and Health Systems, featuring 20 global experts and endorsements from seven leading organizations. This led to a Country Perspectives Brief, highlighting successful national approaches and providing strategic recommendations for funders. By advancing these flagship publications and co-hosting a webinar with more than 200 stakeholders to showcase local African solutions, the END Fund and Panorama Strategy helped to foster stronger global and national partnerships, positioning NTD elimination within broader climate-resilient health frameworks.
Women make up half of the U.S. population, yet they comprise only 32.8% of elected leaders. The Ascend Fund, powered by Panorama Global, is tackling systemic barriers that disproportionately prevent women from running for and winning elected office in the U.S., ensuring they have a proportional seat at the table. Through targeted grantmaking, relationship building, and tailored support, The Ascend Fund invested $1,050,000 in 2024 to support 12 organizational partners working in communities in more than a dozen U.S. states. These diverse organizations are united in their commitment to innovative strategies that address systemic challenges and build a stronger leadership pipeline for women in politics.
Equal Measures 2030 (EM2030) is on a mission to hold governments accountable for achieving a gender-equal future by 2030 through the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Since joining Panorama Global as a fiscally sponsored partner in 2022, EM2030 has enhanced its coalition of 12 organizations united by the power of data to expose inequality and drive change. EM2030 launched the 2024 SDG Gender Index, a flagship research product analyzing 56 gender issues across 14 SDGs and 139 countries. The findings revealed that no country is on track to achieve gender equality by 2030, with interconnected crises threatening progress. To address this, EM2030 developed a blueprint urging governments to reform discriminatory laws and resource feminist movements. Together with their coalition members, EM2030 advocates at the national, regional, and global levels while providing grants to their members. Simultaneously, EM2030 adopts a transformative Feminist Leadership approach to align its internal practices with its mission for gender equality.
kate spade new york partnered with Panorama Global to launch the Global Fund for Women's Mental Health, a donor-advised fund that expands access to community-led mental health interventions for women and girls. In its first year, the fund will prioritize nonprofit partners in North America, the U.K., Japan, Australia, and East Africa, with grant recipients including the Bond Project, London Youth, Full Stop Australia, The Mental Health Coalition, Girls, Inc. and Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation. Panorama Global teamed up with kate spade new york's social impact team to design a giving vehicle rooted in trust-based philanthropy. By leveraging Panorama Global's expertise in grantmaking and fund management, the Global Fund for Women's Mental Health maximizes operational efficiency and accelerates impact to provide critical funding to address the global mental health crisis. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to ensure women and girls receive the support they need for better mental health outcomes.
Maternal health disparities in the U.S. disproportionately affect underserved communities, particularly women of color, who face higher rates of maternal mortality and poor birth outcomes. The Panorama Group launched the Maternal Health Equity Initiative, the first program under the group's new strategic giving vehicle—The Panorama Fund. The initiative is informed by Panorama Strategy's review of the maternal health landscape, which identified critical gaps and highlighted organizations making meaningful progress. This $500,000 program provides unrestricted funding over three years to support community-driven solutions. The first round of funding awarded $100,000 to five organizations: Alaska Native Birthworkers Community, Birth Center Equity, Birth Detroit, Jamaa Birth Village, and Perinatal Support Washington. This work underscores Panorama's commitment to reinvesting in communities and leveraging its platform model to achieve lasting impact.
World-changing ideas often emerge from visionary leaders, but many lack the tools to transform their concepts into impact. To bridge this gap, Panorama Global, in partnership with Phillips Foundation, launched SPARK: Social Purpose Action Resource Kit, an open-access platform for U.S.-based early-stage social entrepreneurs. This comprehensive resource hub offers 300+ curated tools, 180+ support organizations, and five practical guides, including resources for fiscal sponsorship and fundraising. SPARK has attracted nearly 3,000 visitors, providing accessible, community-focused solutions to help leaders navigate funding, operations, and collaboration. Developed with social entrepreneurs, the platform also features the Changemakers Launch & Learn video series, which offers actionable insights from experienced social impact leaders on topics like what to prioritize when starting a nonprofit, securing initial funding, and overcoming imposter syndrome. SPARK is more than a resource; it's a catalyst for turning bold ideas into impact.
Philanthropy often concentrates wealth and power in ways that reinforce inequality. Panorama's Collaborative Learning for Impact Philanthropy initiative is shifting norms in the sector by fostering honest dialogue between nonprofit leaders and funders, ensuring nonprofits have a voice in shaping philanthropic practices while supporting their long-term growth. Panorama Global has engaged hundreds of nonprofit and philanthropic leaders to explore the impact of large unrestricted gifts. By analyzing data and sharing insights from social entrepreneurs, we help accelerate systemic change. Our research, including in-depth analyses of MacKenzie Scott's — such as How MacKenzie Scott Shares Her Financial Fortune and Yield Giving Open Call — has shed light on philanthropy's evolving landscape. These findings, covered by Devex, The Associated Press, and Nonprofit Quarterly, push the sector toward more equitable funding models that prioritize impact over control, ensuring philanthropy truly serves those driving social change.
Child sexual abuse (CSA) affects one in five girls and one in seven boys globally before the age of 18 (UNICEF). Despite its far-reaching consequences, funding for CSA prevention and response remains fragmented and under-resourced. To strengthen its grantees' fundraising capacity, the Oak Foundation's Prevent Child Sexual Abuse Programme (Prevent) partnered with Panorama Strategy to map the CSA donor landscape. Panorama Strategy identified 159 funders, surveyed grantees on fundraising challenges, and conducted in-depth interviews with experts to uncover gaps in the ecosystem. A series of cohort sessions brought together 55 grantees from 40 organizations, fostering peer learning and developing actionable data-informed fundraising strategies. Panorama Strategy's donor mapping provided valuable insights into the CSA funding landscape, while the fundraising guide offered practical tools for grantees and other nonprofits to secure more resources. These tools have contributed to Prevent's partners, as well as the broader field of CSA, ensuring organizations are better positioned to address this critical issue.
Tackling complex challenges was at the heart of The Panorama Group's Leadership Forum: Navigating Complexities, Inspiring Action during the 79th United Nations General Assembly and Climate Week. The Panorama Group convened more than 150 thought leaders, social entrepreneurs, and philanthropists to tackle complex challenges like geopolitics, climate change, emerging health threats, and online disinformation. The forum brought together government officials, funders, nonprofit leaders, industry experts, and grassroots advocates—groups that don't always collaborate—creating a unique space for dynamic conversations and bold, cross-cutting solutions for systems change. Through these discussions, participants exchanged diverse perspectives and forged new connections. The forum was spotlighted by The Chronicle of Philanthropy.
A common misconception is that organizations receiving large-scale gifts, such as those from the Skoll Award for Social Impact and MacKenzie Scott, no longer need funding. To challenge this narrative, Panorama Global convened 40 organizations, expanding the conversation to include recipients of The Audacious Project and Co-Impact grants. The initiative resulted in Funding What Works: High-Impact Organizations Trusted by Leading Philanthropists, featuring a list of 55 high-impact organizations. A webinar with experts from the Chandler Foundation, the Skoll Foundation, Co-Impact, and The Audacious Project engaged more than 60 philanthropic advisors and foundation staff sparking critical conversations on sustaining funding for high-impact organizations. Funding What Works drew 1,200 views in its first week, with 60% of users engaging meaningfully. The organization list webpage achieved an almost 100% engagement rate, demonstrating a strong interest in strategic philanthropy.
